Do you know what young people *really* think about generative AI? Algorithm-pushed content? Cancel culture? You might be surprised!

Join us at 'MIND YOUR CLICKS: How Online Harms Affect Youth Well-Being', a virtual panel in commemoration of Safer Internet Day.

Date:  8 February 2024

Time: 4.30-6.00pm

Location: Zoom - Register at https://tinyurl.com/SHEGS0802

This panel features an engaging conversation and Q&A with esteemed panellists, Mr Eric Chua (Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth and Ministry of Social and Family Development), Dr Priyanka Bhalla (Safety Policy Manager, Meta), and Ms Calissa Man, (Vice Curator, Global Shapers Singapore Hub).

Moderated by Ms Simran Toor (SHE's CEO & ex-Big 4 lawyer), the panel will discuss the real and sustained impact that harmful online content can have, the role that regulators and industry stakeholders can play, and the tangible steps that youth can take to better manage their online activities, mental health, and well-being—based on the findings of our Safeguarding Online Spaces Study (SOS Study), a collaboration with Global Shapers Singapore Hub (a World Economic Forum Initiative).

If you are interested in building a safe and empowering online space, you won’t want to miss this!
