SNEAK PEEK 2024: Helping Young Women Build Networks and Cultural Capital
SHE is proud to announce the launch of SNEAK PEEK 2024!
Designed to inspire, broaden horizons and break through limiting thoughts, SHE's Sneak Peek programme is aimed at helping young women aged 15 to 21 to gain exposure, networks, and cultural capital beyond their immediate environment.

The IPS STEPS Survey 2022 shows that not having a helpful network is among the top 3 challenges youth face, while the IPS Survey "Future of Work Singaporeans Want" 2023 shows that women fall behind men in having contacts in areas they would like to work.
SNEAK PEEK gives participants the chance to, over the course of a calendar year, participate in a number of learning visits to different organisations across the public, private, and people sectors. Participants also receive training and support to help them apply their learnings from the programme to their future life plans.
The 2024 cycle of the programme will also feature a Finance Industry Day, where participants will be able to learn about the various roles and functions within the financial services sector, and engage 1-on-1 with industry representatives who can share their experiences and inspiring stories.
Participants will learn what it is like to work in a diverse variety of organisations and industries, and will have the chance to gain exposure and cultural capital beyond their immediate environment. They will also receive training and support to help them apply their learnings from the programme to their future life plans.
